Before repair work is charged, a repair facility generally provides an estimate unless you decline the estimate and authorize a maximum amount. Repair work must be authorized by you, and where an estimate has been provided, the final charge generally cannot exceed that estimate by more than 10% without the required authorization.

We keep estimates and approvals clear so there are no surprises. If the scope of the repair changes as work progresses, that is discussed with you before additional work is carried out.

Once the repair plan and authorization are in place, work moves through body and structural repair, panel alignment, paint preparation and refinishing, and final assembly. Paint is matched to blend with the existing finish, and the vehicle is reassembled and checked before it is returned to you.
